Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

We will assess each case and offer a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate. Perishable and custom products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
